In March 2020, many companies made the transition to a work-from-home workforce. As the world settles into a "new normal," companies are expecting at least some of their employees will continue working in some sort of virtual environment. As well, with a growing remote workforce, it is increasingly important to learn how to effectively lead virtual teams.
