As HR professionals, we are often asked to cover a lot of ground in the organization. One of the hardest is when we are asked to do things that are technically the supervisor's responsibility. This could be anything from giving tough feedback to holding employees accountable. In this presentation, we will explore how to help our more reluctant supervisors to step up to their roles and discuss how good training and accountability practices can help the supervisors in the organization be more active managers and let you coach them through it instead of doing it for them.
